Unwanted, unsuitable or faulty goods can be returned and we aim to make this process as simple as possible.
Unwanted or unsuitable goods can be returned within 14 days of receipt as long as the goods are in perfect condition and in their original packaging. Prior to returning the item, please contact us to recieve a Product Return Code to ensure the item is accurately tracked upon return. This code should then be included with the returned item. We recommend you return your item using a delivery company with a tracking service to be absolutely sure the items arrive back to our returns section.
In accordance with the European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 2011/83/EU), perishable goods (including food hamper items) or customised goods made according to custom specifications (e.g. personalised products such as engraved glass) may not be returned. We are unable to exchange/refund some items such as earrings, grooming products, underwear, swimwear, bath products, pillows due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Faulty goods may be returned to us within 30 days of receipt and we shall arrange a refund or replacement.
