You can return unwanted or faulty goods within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided items are in original condition and packaging. Faulty items can be returned within 30 days. Some products like earrings and personalized items cannot be returned for hygiene or custom reasons. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please contact us if you wish to return an item, and our team will assist you with the process.

If you receive any damaged or incorrect items, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned, as they are made specifically for you.

Shipping within Ireland takes 3-5 business days and is handled via DPD, with free delivery on orders over €55 (€5 fee for smaller orders). Shipping to Great Britain takes 5-7 working days, with free delivery on orders over £80 (€10 fee for smaller orders).

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and customs delays. Orders are processed immediately, with tracking emailed on dispatch. All parcels are insured and trackable.

For international shipping inquiries, please contact us via our online form or by phone. Our team will gladly assist you in determining if shipping to your location is available, as this varies depending on the destination.
You can check your order status by logging into your account on our website. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, which you can use to monitor live delivery updates directly through the courier’s tracking service.
Our Watches come with a 3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Please contact customer support if you encounter any issues.

UK orders may take slightly longer due to customs processing and additional transit times. We always aim to deliver as quickly as possible and appreciate your patience and understanding.

Yes, our jewellery is nickel-free and safe for sensitive skin. Each piece is made from brass and plated with silver, rose gold, or yellow gold. An E-coating is applied after plating to help prevent tarnishing. We use cubic zirconia (CZ) crystals, and all jewellery is eco-friendly and free from nickel, lead, and cadmium.
Yes, selected items in our homeware and tableware collections are made from fine Bone China, valued for its durability and elegant finish. Product descriptions specify which items contain Bone China. Please note. Bone China is delicate and should be hand washed with mild detergent; machine washing is not recommended. Please see our Care and Safety Guidelines for maintenance tips.
To keep your candle burning beautifully and safely, make sure to trim the wick to about ¼ inch before lighting each time. Burn your candle away from drafts and never leave it unattended. Items not purchased directly from our website or received as gifts cannot be returned or exchanged through us. Please contact the original retailer for assistance with those orders. If the item was received as a gift, please provide the original receipt so we can assist you with the return in accordance with our returns policy.

Yes, your order has been processed, and the engraving details are visible to our team in the system. If you selected the personalisation option but didn't provide custom details, our team may contact you to confirm whether you'd like to add an engraving.
Yes, all our products are cruelty-free. We do not test on animals at any stage of product development.
If you need any changes made to your address, call the team or send through the contact from and we will reach you as soon as possible, if the order has been shipped we cannot change the shipping address but we can contact our shipping company and ask for help on this matter.
